Successful applicants will be notified by 31st August.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-size: 8px;\"\u003eMossery reserves the right to make changes to the event programme, venue layout, or booth allocation where necessary. Vendors will be informed of any significant updates.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-size: 8px;\"\u003eVendors are expected to commit to the full duration of their selected participation. If you need to step away from your booth, please arrange for someone to supervise it on your behalf.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-size: 8px;\"\u003eVendors may leave their booth setup and products overnight between event days. However, we strongly recommend taking home any valuable or personal belongings.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-size: 8px;\"\u003eMossery will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage during the event.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-size: 8px;\"\u003eCancellations made less than 21 days before the event are not eligible for a refund.In the event that MossFest is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, vendors will receive a full refund of their booth fee.
