Terms & Conditions:
- This is not a first-come, first-served application. Mossery reserves the right to review all applications and shortlist vendors based on overall curation, brand fit, and booth availability.
- Vendors planning a new product launch or exclusive release during MossFest may be prioritised as part of the selection process.
- Please confirm your participation by 21st August. Successful applicants will be notified by 31st August.
- Mossery reserves the right to make changes to the event programme, venue layout, or booth allocation where necessary. Vendors will be informed of any significant updates.
- Vendors are expected to commit to the full duration of their selected participation. If you need to step away from your booth, please arrange for someone to supervise it on your behalf.
- Vendors may leave their booth setup and products overnight between event days. However, we strongly recommend taking home any valuable or personal belongings.
- Mossery will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage during the event.
- Cancellations made less than 21 days before the event are not eligible for a refund.In the event that MossFest is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, vendors will receive a full refund of their booth fee. No additional compensation will be provided.
