We’re happy to have you join our MossFest 2026!🌲 MossFest is our annual creative event that brings together artists, small businesses, and communities to make creativity more accessible.
Key Information
👷🏻 Setup Day: Oct 8 (Thurs), 7pm–11pm
🛍️ Market: Oct 9–11 (Fri–Sun), 11am–6pm
🏷️ Fee: RM780 for all three days, inclusive of a RM100 refundable deposit
📝 Before you apply, please note:
- This is a booking fee, payment does not guarantee a booth. Unsuccessful applications will be fully refunded.
- Applications will be reviewed based on curation, brand fit, and booth availability. New product launches or exclusive releases may be prioritised.

Terms & Conditions:
General:
- Under the venue's terms, food preparation is permitted only within the Lobby/Garden F&B zone. Strictly prohibited in the Main Hall
- Water access is not available at the F&B zone, so please plan accordingly
- Be set up and ready to serve by 10:45 daily, and please stay open the full day
Security Deposit:
- Price is inclusive of a RM100 refundable security deposit
- Refunds take 2–5 working days after the event, back to your original payment method
- Deductions may be made for damage or cleaning
Hygiene:
- Do not leave food overnight. Take your trash out every day to keep the space clean
- We provide bins for visitors—vendors bring their own bins for their own waste
- Leave the space clean and undamaged. Grease, oil or food residue on floors or walls must be cleaned by the vendor, or costs will be deducted from your deposit
